Selected work
Examples of creative leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational thinking in practice.
Co-directed two fundraising tournaments from planning through post-event follow-up. The inaugural event came together on a five-month timeline; in year two, I took ownership of tournament and pool-play planning and applied first-year learnings to refine the field and participant experience.
Both events supported a local children’s sports charity providing athletic shoes to underserved students in area schools.
Helped lead a redesign and launch that replaced the legacy experience with a new framework and modern CMS.
My role: Content architecture, UX copy, SEO, customer resources, workflows, email templates, third-party developer collaboration, QA, and implementation.
Stepped into the startup’s first dedicated in-house marketing role at its two-year mark, building the function and reducing dependence on a third-party agency. Brought all social media content and execution in-house while managing brand, creative, digital, web, email, events, sales support, and marketing technology.
Supporting context: Coordinates approximately 7–10 active projects across 12 internal stakeholders and six ongoing vendors; bringing execution in-house reduced third-party marketing spend by $50K in the first year.
